Total Enhancement early alpha (abandoned WIP)

This is one of my early works. the plan was a total overhaul of all holds and their citys.
I abandoned this project because it was far too much work for one person.
This is not bugfree especially not about navmesh and lod. even if its not finished its massive so i cant tell you much about mod compatibillity especially not about clipping. it will propably break some quests like the civil war questline. This is for screenarchery only. some stuff i tried does simply dont fit my taste and imagination anymore. This mod is for LE. i tried porting it to SE but the Enderal trees were messed up so i have to place them again one by one when porting it.
